Please note: Your personal treatment plan will start at Day 3 after arrival day. The first day is reserved for airport transfer and relaxation, followed by a Negombo orientation/sightseeing tour and doctor consultation on Day 2. The consultation is important to establish your own treatment and dietary plan.

Villa Accommodation

All our Pool Villas are tastefully furnished and fitted with all modern amenities. Including features to enhance day-to-day living and to make the villas more comfortable and fun for entertaining guests. The interiors are expansive and airy, with open rooms with as few walls as possible. They incorporate screens and partitions to create an open layout that lets the light through.
All villas face the private swimming pool which sits in the center of the landscaped garden area.

Getting Around: J Villas provides free mountain bikes (recommended) for guests or you can book a Tuk-Tuk (local three-wheeler) or private limousine at the reception.
Yoga & Meditation: Additional Yoga & Meditation Classes can be booked at the reception.
Ayurvedic Cooking Classes: Ayurvedic Cooking Classes can be booked at the reception.
Shopping: Basically all you might need is close by. From discount supermarkets to high-end fashion brands. The receptionist will be happy to point you in the right direction. Daily needs items can be bought close to J Villas.
Medical Weight Loss Add-Ons: If you want to enhance slimming results with surgery at a local Top Western Hospital, you can save up to 60 percent of the cost compared to your home country while still receiving high-quality care. If you are considering this, please let us know and we arrange an appointment with a specialist.

While we recommend 6 weeks for best results, the minimum booking period for our Sri Lanka Natural Weight Loss Package is two weeks (11 nights)
